To order from my website or to make an appointment.

Everything on the website is designed and handmade by me. I do not hold many pieces in stock so it is more than likely I will be making the design you require especially for you.
Paying for an Order.
Upon ordering you may pay by sending a cheque or postal order to clear please before I send out your order. Clients who wish to place an order upon viewing the collection may pay a deposit on the day and the balance upon collection .
Paying for an Order Online
I am currently updating the pages on the website with the paypal payment facility.
Postage
I send all Tiaras and Hair Accessories by Royal Mail Special Delivery £5.45 Alternatively you may collect your order. The reason I have chosen special delivery is because it is a next day delivery service and as far as I am aware the safest means of transit. After hours dedicated to my craft I wish you to receive your purchase in the same condition I posted it. I will agree the day I post your item to you, with you, so that you may arrange for someone to be in to accept delivery of your order.
If you live outside the U.K I will enquire about the best and safest means of
delivery.
Postage on combined items
If you are making more than one purchase using paypal the postage will come up for each item .I am looking into this at present. Please contact me about postage before placing an order for more than one item.
When will my item be ready
Let me know the date of your Wedding or Special Event. We will agree the date of delivery together . I usually ask that Brides allow two weeks, to cover me during busy periods and to source elements for bespoke orders that I may not have in my many bead boxes.
Returns
If for some reason one of my pieces is not what you expected. Please ring me directly upon receipt or email me . I will accept a return of an order, provided it is returned carefully repackaged in its orginal packing, within 7 days of your receipt of the item and sent back using the same method of postage.
Non Returnable Items Bespoke & Customised
Please note that I do not accept returns or refund Bespoke or Customised items, this is because we have agreed the design and specifications together and I have made the piece especially for you.
