Made to Order
If you order from a made to order collection, the order will be made especially for you, please allow 2 weeks for your item to be made.
Personalised / tailor made for you
If you require a design from a made to order collection, tailor made for you, a different colour for example I will advise how long the item will take to make when we discuss your requirements.
If you require a bespoke design, we will discuss your vision and I will advise you how long the item will take to make when we discuss your requirements.
Made to order/ personalised/ tailor made/ bespoke.
You will be required to give the date of the wedding or event you require your made to order, personalised, tailor made or bespoke accessory for as orders need to be made in date order to meet customers requirements. Last minute commissions are welcome but you must ring me directly so I can prioritise and meet your needs and needs of all my Clients.
Vintage items or accessories containing vintage elements.
Genuine vintage may show signs of wear due to its age which I believe adds to its natural beauty but if you are in any doubt please do not order from collections made with vintage.
All hair headdresses and tiaras are sent Special Delivery which is a next day delivery service that must be signed for.
Combs and pins are sent first class, signed for.
A lot of my hair accessories are sent free of posting. Where it say free post this is only to Clients within the UK.
If you are outside the UK please contact me for the best and safest means of post or shipping.
Returns are not accepted in respect of bespoke, tailor made or personalised items.
Returns are not accepted in respect of earrings.
You must contact me directly no later than seven days after receipt of the item, returns are accepted under the consumer contract regs 2014 provided that items have not been worn or damaged by the consumer, are returned in the same packaging and returned by the same means of post. A refund will be made provided that the returned item is in the same condition as it was when originally dispatched. Refunds are not made for returned cost of postage.
Hat Hire is only available from the Studio.
